Return Process

Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific product you wish to return along with the reason for the request.
- 2.Verification & Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product or packaging to validate the claim before issuing a return authorization.
- 3.Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup through our logistics partner; please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
